• A full trip spot (lodging, transportation, activities, most meals - everything listed in the itinerary). Value: ~$3,000-4,000 USD

What’s not included:

• Airfare to the UK

• Anything not listed in the itinerary

• Passport and UK Electronic Travel Authorization

Can I bring a guest?

Yes — if you win, you can bring a companion but they’ll need to purchase their own spot (only 1 spot will be included in the giveaway). You’re also welcome come solo and let us handle the rest.

How do I enter?

Simple. Head to the link in bio and drop your name, email, and address (needed to verify residency). That’s it.

Timeline:

• Entries open/close: August 19 at midnight to August 26 at midnight (CT)

• Winner announced: August 27 via email. Winner will have 1 week to confirm their availability. If you cannot come for any reason, I will select another name at random from the sign up sheet. Please make sure you check your spam folder to make sure my emails are NOT going to spam.

If you're selected as the winner, you'll need to confirm your spot within 7 days (by September 3, 2025). If we don’t hear from you by then or if you can’t go for any reason, we’ll randomly draw another name from the list until we have a confirmed traveler. No exceptions.*

Before entering, please double-check:
– You have a valid passport (or can get one quickly)
– You’re fully available for the travel dates: December 7–11, 2025
– You’ve factored in travel time and read the trip details

Emergency Cancellation Policy:

Life happens. We get it. If the giveaway winner has an unexpected emergency and can no longer attend the trip, here’s how we’ll handle it:

• The winner must notify us no later than 14 days before departure (by November 23, 2025) if they’re unable to travel.

• If they cancel before that date, we will randomly select a new winner from the original giveaway sign-up list.

• If the winner cancels less than 14 days before departure, we will not be able to fill the spot. In that case, the trip will continue with one less traveler.

• The giveaway spot is non-transferable — meaning the original winner cannot pass it along to a friend, family member, or co-worker (unless previously cleared in writing).

This ensures a fair process for everyone and helps us keep the trip running smoothly for all guests.
